SUPPLY FABRICATED STRUCTURAL TILT UP PANEL COMPONENTS
Our Tilt Up Panel services can supply fabricated structural components and other items that are an integral part of the panels after they are erected. These include plates, angles, weld plates with or without deformed bar anchors welded to the back. Components can be finished either raw, painted or hot dip galvanised.
All components are fabricated in house in our structural steel workshop ensuring all the component requirements are available on the day of lifting the panels.
SUPPLY DETAILED PANEL DRAWINGS (PANEL BOOK)
Tilt Panel Solutions can provide our clients with a comprehensive tilt up panel detailing service complete with detailed panel book, panel elevations, panel layout, bracing details along with shop drawings for both cast in and bolted steel components and brackets.
Additional to our tilt up panel detailing service, we are able to provide fully dimensioned pier, footing, hold down bolt layout and ground slab layouts. If required, a complete 3D structural steel shop drawings package can be provided.
If our value engineering knowledge can provide both savings to the project budget and the construction program, a complete structural engineering design, documentation and certification service is also available.
GROUND SLABS, FOUNDATIONS, STRIP FOOTINGS & PAD FOOTINGS
Tilt Panel Solutions are able to provide screw piles, concrete bored piers, pads and strip footings for your commercial / industrial project.
By using our foundation design service, we are able to provide a cost-effective alternative to bored piers if required.
Along with the foundations we also form up, place reinforcement, place and finish concrete for the ground slab.
Tilt Panel Solutions are able to offer a complete solution from footings and ground slabs through to the erected tilt panels.
